Eligibility Criteria for BEL Recruitment :

• Educational Qualification : 
• For Officer : Graduate Degree and MSW/MBA (2 years fulltime with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / Postgraduate Degree /Postgraduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations or Graduate Degree and full time Post Graduate Degree in Library and Information Science.
• For Engineer : BE/B.TECH/AMIE/B.Sc Engineering in relevant engineering.
• Age Limit : Maximum age limit is 25 years as on 01.09.2017

Job Location : All India

BEL Selection Process : Selection will be made on through Written Test & Interview.
